Hemp Freedom Breakfast Bowl

I was going to bring you guys the recipe for my lunch today - a curried chickpea nourish bowl - but I actually can't stop thinking about this so here it is. I've named it freedom cos it's free of so much, but instead of lacking, it's a giver! Sugar free, grain free, gluten free, wheat free, guilt free...but full of so much. Essential fats, protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants if you add some dark berries on top. I generally let it soak for around 15 minutes before enjoying it, you could leave it overnight, just add a little more liquid so it's not too thick. Recipe per serve... 2 TBS hemp hearts, I got mine from good for store...

Day 14 is here! It's a quarter way through this epic journey of self love and improvement and I've never felt better. Happy Sunday and day 7 of the challenge. What a week! I've had a glorious day, a walk in Cornwall Park this morning, a chillax at home with Stella and Jasper, to then make my way over to the Auckland Vegan Food Festival on the North Shore. I spoke at 11 this morning and there was such a great turnout. A beautiful sunny day, and miles and miles of insane vegan food...of which I didn't eat. Easy Detox Breakfast

I have been overdoing it on the chippies and sugar, and in serious need of a bit of a reset! You can watch the video for this delight here on my IGTV. This is an incredibly simple way to kick off your metabolism in the mornings, as well as help setup a cleansing interior for the day ahead.
