Well, the last couple of days have been pretty gnarly. I got some weird 24 hour tummy bug and my hubby injured his neck. I'm fine now, but it meant a rest day yesterday, and now focused on getting Jasper back to his fighting fit self! Day 20! I spoke to a couple of the other girls at F45 this morning who are doing the challenge, and we all agreed that this week has felt a bit more meh than the first 2. I think it's because we are getting familiar with the changes, so there's not such a dramatic difference in how we feel. Easy Detox Breakfast

I have been overdoing it on the chippies and sugar, and in serious need of a bit of a reset! You can watch the video for this delight here on my IGTV. Creamy Vegan Sage Potato Pasta

This is Winter comfort food at its finest. If you are short on time, you can easily just make the sauce and use it as a regular pasta stir through.
