Creamy Vegan Sage Potato Pasta

This is Winter comfort food at its finest. If you are short on time, you can easily just make the sauce and use it as a regular pasta stir through. The recipe serves 2, and takes around 30 minutes to make. You can also watch the video for the recipe here on my IGTV channel. Choc + Pop

This could quite possibly be the fastest, easiest treat you'll ever make. Two ingredients, that's right, two. Chocolate and popcorn = magic! You could also add some probiotic powder, or greens powder to make it a little more functional, or, quite simply, stick the basics. Wearing Petal Kester Black polish in the photo which you can buy here. Ingredients, for a very small batch of around 12 bite pieces, multiply for more! 1/2 cup melted dark, vegan chocolate 3/4 salted popcorn Method Melt the chocolate, crush the popcorn in a mortar and pestle, combine the two. Lay out on grease-proof paper and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Break or cut into desired sizes. Yum!

Cosy Quinoa Porridge

Winter mornings call for hot nourishment and this ticks all the boxes. Quinoa is a near perfect food, with plenty of plant protein, vitamins, minerals and complex carbohydrates. There's a reason it's been around for such a long time! Originating from Peru, and actually a seed, not a grain, it is one staple I ensure to always have on hand. And my fave of course is Ceres Organics, who have been very clever and even started packaging this nutrient powerhouse in compostable pouches! Salted Nut Butter Protein Bites

Well these babies blew up a storm on my Instagram feed! Protein always strikes a chord with people...especially on a vegan account! These were so fast to make, no pre-preparation needed and even the kids will love them.
