This book by Solla Eiriksdottir is absolutely exquisite, and probably one of my most favourite cookbooks visually, texturally and soulfully.

There is such a mystical energy about the pages, without any connotation of being hippy or alternate. If you get the chance to have a look at Solla on some YouTube clips, you can see she is the real deal. Love is her secret ingredient to everything, and you can see she really embodies it.

If nothing else, this piece would sit perfectly as a coffee-table item! But please don't waste it just for that.
