The Summer Reset Retreat


Meditation and Yoga teacher, Claire Robbie, and I, are so excited to welcome you to our second collaborative retreat, set in lush, tropical surroundings on beautiful Waiheke Island.

A limited number of spots are available now at early-bird pricing. We also have "off-site" pricing for people that either have property on the island or who wish to arrange their own accomodation.

From November 29th - December 2nd we will have a rejuvenating flow of days, and gentle evenings to help you realign, unwind and reset.

I will be making all the food, with a focus on organic, plant-based and cleansing ingredients. I will also work with you leading up to the retreat to ensure I create a delicious culinary experience for you, to obtain the best results.

The location is set out with multiple reflection zones, as well as idyllic spots to practise daily meditations and yoga with Claire. Both beginners and experienced are most welcome.

Here is an example of what you could expect on a day with us...

Upon rising you will be given your morning wellness tonic, to then move through to a 7am morning meditation with Claire followed by a yin flow.

8:30 will be a breakfast of an organic cold-pressed green juice, herbal tea, and a nourishing grain free breakfast bowl.

10am you will be taken through a wellness workshop with Sarah on how to implement healthy choices into a busy life and tools to make lasting change.

12 noon - lunch served outside on the deck if it's sunny where you will enjoy a wellness tonic, a delicious raw, rainbow organic salad with gorgeous dressings and condiments + infused spring water.

2pm - an afternoon workshop of recipe demos including fast, healthy meals for all tastes. We will also go through personal health goals and ways to keep on track.

Leisure time in the afternoon where you might like a walk on the beach, or relax in the salt water spa.

A light afternoon snack if you wish.

6pm - a comforting dinner of quinoa, vegetables and salads, followed by a healthy treat if you wish.

7:30pm - an evening Yoga nidra or meditation with Claire followed by a warming nut milk night drink to send you off to the sweetest sleep.
