Welcome to my latest offering on this new moon - and it just so happens to be a new lunar year ushering in the powerful energy of the Fire Horse.

Introducing Abracadabra, a new ritual for your reality.

A powerful combination of four of my favourite superfood powders, packed for you, with all you need to create a new daily ritual shot of self-devotion.

I have given it this name because, one morning, where I would usually enjoy these powders individually in some way, I was rushing out the door, and mixed them all together with coconut water. The liquid turned almost black. It was that magic moment. I just knew, this was to be a new moon release for SARAHMONY. And here we are many months later, as I waited for the perfect time.

With this small, intentional action, I use Abracadabra each morning as a moment to pause, breathe, and connect before the day begins.

A mix of organic spirulina, organic blackcurrant, organic ashwagandha, and organic moringa, that's it. No fillers, flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives.

What might come as a surprise, is that I am not going to even touch on the nutritional benefits of each of these incredible plant-sourced ingredients, there is plenty of information out there if you want to dive into it.

What I will say is that these ingredients have been part of my wellness inclusions for many, many years. I hope you can trust me by now that I do not recommend things lightly. I will only use and suggest things if I know, and love them myself.

At the age of 16 I purchased my first pot of spirulina from a little health shop in Remuera, and I have never looked back. The others have come into my life over the years, but remain a staple without hesitation.

Abracadabra translates to "I create as I speak", a reminder that you are the one who sets the tone for your life, your energy, your day.

That is to say, this is not a nutritional supplement, this is a new daily ritual.
